TERRACE EXPRESS SHUTTLE
Terrace Express is here to provide you with a seamless event, ensuring that all your guests arrive and return safely from your special day. Our 15 passenger van will transport your guests to and from hotels within a 10 mile radius. Arrangements can be made within your booking package to transport wedding parties to local areas for picture taking. Our goal is to provide the best possible service, comfort, and safety during your special day!
This service includes up to 3 hours of shuttle service that cannot be broken up throughout the day. It's a flat rate for three hours, ideal for the bridal party with off-site photos or ceremony.
Our most popular package, this service includes up to 5 hours of shuttle service that can be broken up into two segments. A great option for bringing guests to and from the venue!
(Example: 3 – 5 PM your guests are picked up at the hotel and brought to Terrace 167. Then between 10 – 1 AM your guests are returned to their hotels.)
This service includes up to 8 hours of shuttle service that can be broken into four segments. This is the perfect combination package, for couples wanting it all! Off-site photos, ceremony, transporting guests and more, this is the package for you!
(Example: 12 - 2 PM wedding photos, 3 – 5 PM your guests are picked up at the hotel and brought to Terrace 167. Then between 10 – 1 AM your guests are returned to their hotels.)
The Terrace Express must be booked with confirmed times and locations one month prior to your event. All confirmed bookings require a $200 non-refundable check deposit. Remaining package balance is due by your final meeting. Any additional hours will be billed after the event. *15 minute grace period applies to all package pricing. After the grace period, additional charges will occur in one hour increments. Allotted time periods start from Terrace 167 and end at Terrace 167.
