Venue Policy Reminders
Terrace 167 would like to remind you of some important information regarding the use of the venue. It is essential that you review carefully in order for a full understanding of the terms and conditions of your contract. We look forward to serving you and your guests during your very special occasion and hope for a splendid and seamless event.
PROPERTY ACCESS
Friday/Saturday
Reception Rental: Includes our venue for 10 hours, from 2:00PM until 12:00AM on the reserved date. Vendors, onsite preparation and set up may begin after 2:00PM.
With Ceremony Rental: Includes an additional four hours making your rental from 10:00AM until 12:00AM on the reserved date, with ceremonies any time after 3:00PM. Vendors, onsite preparation and set up may begin after 10:00AM.
All functions Friday and Saturday have last call for beverages at 11:30PM with final song/entertainment concluded by 11:45PM. All event attendees must depart the venue by 12:00AM. All items/decor must be removed from tables by 12:00am. All people and items must be out of the venue no later than 12:30AM. CLIENT(S) agrees to pay $75 fee for every 30 minutes past 12:30AM Friday and Saturday.
Sunday
Event Rental: Includes our venue for 8.5 hours, from 2:00PM until 10:30PM on the reserved date. Vendors, onsite preparation and set up may begin after 2:00PM.
With Ceremony Rental: Includes an additional four hours making your rental from 10:00AM until 10:30AM on the reserved date, with ceremonies any time after 2:00PM. Vendors, onsite preparation and set up may begin after 10:00AM.
Sundays last call for beverages is at 10:00PM with final song/entertainment concluded by 10:15PM. All event attendees must depart the venue by 10:30PM. All items/decors must be removed from tables by 10:30pm. All people and items must be out of the venue no later than 11:00PM. CLIENT(S) agrees to pay $75 fee for every 30 minutes past 11:00PM on Sunday.
DECOR
Terrace 167 preset décor is not to be moved or taken down under any circumstance.
Décor may not be affixed to the walls, floors, ceilings, windows or light fixtures with any substance that may damage, i.e. tape, tacks, staples or nails. No bunting, tissue paper, crepe paper, styrofoam, silly string, moss or any other easily combustible materials. Use of confetti, rice, glitter, birdseed and bubbles are strictly prohibited inside and around the surrounding Terrace 167 building exterior.
Artificial flower pedals are prohibited outdoors, whereas real flower pedals are prohibited indoors.
Candles are permitted on site, as long as they are enclosed in a glass votive at least three inches higher than the flame. There is a limit of 8 candles permitted per guest table and safely out of reach of any flammable décor. Sparklers are permitted in our front parking lots as well as fireworks with proof of permit.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from Terrace 167 management and must leave the premises before any food service begins, including appetizers. All pets must always be on a leash with designated handler. Client(s) are responsible for any damage and cleanup from all pets.
All other décor may be subject to approval by Terrace 167 management, any décor not following our guidelines will be removed.
Alternate Décor Pick Up Time: If you arrange to pick up your decorations at another time agreed upon by management, you still must have everything collected, boxed and placed in a designated area in order for our cleaners to do their job and for prompt removal at agreed upon time.
ALCOHOL
No outside alcohol is allowed onto the Terrace 167 property, including inside the venue as well as the parking lot and in vehicles. Any beverages on premise not purchased through or provided by Terrace 167 will be confiscated immediately and not returned. CLIENT(S) are responsible for any guest and/or vendor caught bringing alcohol onto the property. Any and all coolers brought onto Terrace 167 premise will be searched for alcohol and will be confiscated if deemed necessary. The CLIENT(S) is subject to a $50 fee per alcoholic beverage found. Coffee/tea service is the only exception to the outside carry in policy.
Terrace 167 offers Mimosa Packages & Bottled Beer options for pre-ceremony bridal party drinks which are pre-purchased with your alcohol package at your final meeting. Apart of this, our bartenders will arrive 1 hour before the start of your event (ceremony or reception) for any other alcoholic drink needs.
Terrace 167 will open one bar at a time for guest counts of less than 250 and both bars for a portion of the evening for guest counts of 250 or more.
Friday, Saturday and Holiday Sunday events have a beverage minimum of $3,000 and $2,000 for non-holiday Sundays.
